Our Vision

VISION:
Ministry is our overall focus, Education, Fellowship, Encouragement, and Promotion. We will demonstrate to each other
and those individuals & organizations which we interact with, the Love for Christ, our conviction that traditional gospel music
can speak to all ages and can be use effectively in all form of worship and praise.
1. Ministry
We must remember it's not about us, it is all about God and what He wants; not about what we want. Let us remember that Revival
must first begin in each one of us before it can spread to our groups, organizations or communities. Let us seek God's direction and
blessing for every event at which we are too minister. We must show understanding and sensitivity to the requirements of those
who host us at their services or events.
2. Education We must always involve ourselves in ongoing preparation through: Professional Development Courses, Conventions,
Conferences, Summits, Seminars and Networking. Gospel Music Industry Professionals actually look for events on the internet
and in the media (main stream and social) to attend with the anticipation of finding that undiscovered talent. They are interested in
partnering with artists who are business ready, cooperative, and trainable for the next level.
3. Fellowship We must always make a conscious effort in getting to know one other, sharing what God has accomplished in our
ministries, communicate our needs & concerns and just enjoy being around each other.
4. Encouragement We must take seriously our servant's obligation and privilege of lifting one another up in prayer before the Lord
on a regular basis. We need to actively support and participate in all events hosted by The Palmetto State Gospel Music

Association. Let's demonstrate mutual respect for all artists associated with the PSGMA. In doing so; it will be a testament in each
of us toward one another to the glory of God.
5. Promotion We need to maximize the use of all media sources (main stream and social) be proactive in letting your local
community know about PSGMA. We need to inform those who love traditional Gospel Music when various events are happening
in their areas. We need to give new audiences the opportunity to hear and be touched by the songs we sing and the music we play
(The Preforming Arts).
